Swirls of Flavor Recipe Tips
- Be sure to let the zucchini sticks drain on a paper towel and pat dry to remove any excess moisture before cooking
- You can trim the seeds on the zucchini sticks but it’s not necessary
- Air fry the zucchini in a single layer and do not overcrowd them. You will probably have to make them in batches. This will help to make them crispy.

- Slice the zucchini in rounds and make air fryer zucchini chips!
Substitutions
- Substitute seasoned panko breadcrumbs for the seasoned breadcrumbs although you may need to use more panko crumbs than regular breadcrumbs

Storage
- Store any leftover zucchini fries in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Zucchini fries will stay fresh for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
- You can reheat them in the air fryer to crisp them up again.
- As always, I find it helpful to visit the FDA website for food storage guidelines
