Alfredo Chicken Naan

When life gets busy it’s time to make Alfredo Chicken Naans for dinner.

You will literally have these hearty chicken pizzas on the table in about 15 minutes, start to finish! Say what?

I used rotisserie chicken, steamed the broccoli in the microwave for two minutes, used jarred alfredo sauce (sometimes you just have to) and shredded mozzarella cheese.

All of these yummy ingredients get layered on naan flatbreads from the bread section of the supermarket.

Ten minutes in the oven and everything will be heated through with warm melted cheese giving you a nice cheese pull. Oh yes.

You can use fresh broccoli or frozen broccoli. Just be sure that the florets are bite size and give them a quick steam.

To steam the florets, place them in a microwave safe bowl with about 2 Tablespoons water and microwave for two minutes. Drain off any excess water and you will have steamed broccoli ready for your chicken broccoli pizzas.

For the shredded chicken, you can finely shred the chicken or keep it in larger shredded pieces, the choice is yours.

Now you’re all set to assemble the chicken flatbreads and heat them up in the oven.

If you like your cheese to get golden just give them a few more minutes in the oven than the recipe calls for.

If you want to get fancy, top the hot naan pizzas with thinly sliced fresh basil leaves.

Add a tossed salad and dinner is served.
