How to make mini BLT sliders

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Slice the slider rolls horizontally to separate the tops and bottoms. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and bake until toasted, about 5 minutes.
  • Spread the mayonnaise on the flat sides of the top half of each bun.
  • Place one slice of tomato on the bottom half of each roll.
  • Add two slices of bacon, side-by-side, on top of each tomato slice.
  • Top with shredded lettuce and the top rolls, mayonnaise side down.
  • Garnish each slider with a cherry tomato and a piece of kale using a toothpick to secure.
