Roasted Garlic Butter

I got out my air fryer to air fry garlic for this Roasted Garlic Butter recipe and you should too!

I make commissions for purchases made through links in this post.

You can still make this recipe if you don’t have an air fryer but it will take more time to roast your garlic in the oven.

The air fryer just roasts the garlic in much less time than the oven takes. And who doesn’t like that?

So once the heads of garlic are roasted you will have yourself a flavored garlic spread in mere minutes.

The sweet and caramelized flavor of the roasted garlic cannot be topped. It adds a dimension of flavor that will delight your tastebuds.

Just squeeze those soft and creamy cloves of garlic out of the head of garlic and mash them.

Then stir that deliciousness together with butter, rosemary and cracked black pepper. Easy peasy!

You can stop there and you’ll have amazing garlic spread with bits of roasted garlic throughout or you can take it one step further. An immersion blender will combine the butter into a smoother creamy flavorful mixture.

Either way, you’ll want to make garlic butter all the time because it’s so easy to make and so delicious to eat!

We all know that everything’s better with butter, but you can also make this recipe with, dare I say, margarine. Just giving you options here, but we all know butter will taste so much better!

There are so many ways to enjoy this garlic butter with herbs. Slather some on a slice of rustic bread, toss with hot pasta, spoon a dollop over hot vegetables, melt on top of a grilled steak. I could go on and on!

Any way you serve this Roasted Garlic Butter will be a delicious way!
